Crabs. This place is all about crabs. And they are so good at making them. Our fav style is bake crabs. The other dishes are average.

Had my birthday lunch at this seafood restaurant in Pandamaran Klang. Sweet and sour crab, fried oyster eggs, mantou and bamboo clams (chook than) that we ordered are all above average in taste and quantity for the 3 of us. The tasty crab which is of so called average size is meaty and fresh which we are very pleased with and the oyster egg is fried to perfection while seasonal bamboo clams cooked in kam heong is equally delectable. Rustic dinning environment but clean and air conditioned.

Ordered crabs, prawns, or chien noodles and fried small pomfrets. The salt baked crabs were the yellow golden roe crabs. Excellent, fresh and very umami! Perfectly done. The steam prawns were very fresh and crunchy. Size were about 5-6 inches each. Super large and well cooked again! The or chien noodles were just awesome. The or chien were plump and good and splendidly cooked with the noodles. Lastly, a simple dish ie deep fried small pomfrets. This dish although simple must use fresh cooking oil. How do we know that? The fish was crunchy even the heads and tails were treated like snacks. And, despite eating pieces there appears to be no feeling of greasiness in stomach or feeling of fullness. Clean environment. Not a single fly despite that we sat in the non air condiotioned section. The boss, Ah Hua was very attentive and gave good service. Pricing? For this premium seafood, it's worth every sen compared to other reknowned shops in the area or even seafood places ie Kuala Sepetang, Matang, Kuala Selangor or Sekinchan. For a good seafood especially on all 4 dishes, it's definitely a five stars.
